Catholic Praying Cards is an exciting new way to pray the rosary! Each set of mysteries is a deck of cards; each card acts as a “bead” that contains Scripture verses relevant to that mystery. The cards themselves are made of a high-quality linen stock so they have a smooth texture. The text is slightly raised to give it an embossed feel. The bottom of each card has a drawing of ten beads to let the person praying know how far they are in the decade. Each mystery begins with a beautiful piece of art and special care was given to the type and size of font so the entire experience would be ascetically pleasing without being too distracting. Catholic Praying Cards provide a new way to experience the rosary so you can see the face of Jesus through the eyes of his mother and more deeply encounter his love through the words of the Holy Spirit. To Jesus, through Mary!

Glorious Mysteries

This deck gives you everything you need to pray the Glorious Mysteries of the rosary with Scripture! Each card is a “bead” with a Bible verse that prayerfully guides you through each mystery so you can grow closer to Jesus through the intercession of his mother, Mary.

Here is an example of the Scriptures you will meditate upon in the fifth Glorious Mystery: The Crowning of Mary.

  1. Then God’s temple in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant could be seen in the temple. There were flashes of lightning, rumblings, and peals of thunder, an earthquake, and a violent hailstorm. A great sign appeared in the sky, a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. —Revelation 11:19-12:1

  2. Then Bathsheba went to King Solomon… and the king stood up to meet her and paid her homage. Then he sat down upon his throne, and a throne was provided for the king’s mother, who sat at his right. —1 Kings 2:19

  3. Jesus said to them, “The cup that I drink, you will drink, and with the baptism with which I am baptized, you will be baptized; but to sit at my right or at my left is not mine to give but is for those for whom it has been prepared.” —Mark 10:39-40

  4. Elizabeth, filled with the holy Spirit, cried out in a loud voice and said, “Most blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb… Blessed are you who believed that what was spoken to you by the Lord would be fulfilled.” —Luke 1:41-42, 45

  5. All the women of Israel gathered to see her, and they blessed her and performed a dance in her honor. She took branches in her hands and distributed them to the women around her, and she and the other women crowned themselves with olive leaves. Then, at the head of all the people, she led the women in the dance, while the men of Israel followed, bearing their weapons, wearing garlands and singing songs of praise. —Judith 15:12-13

  6. “The Mighty One has done great things for me, and holy is his name.” —Luke 1:49

  7. “He has shown might with his arm, dispersed the arrogant of mind and heart. He has thrown down the rulers from their thrones but lifted up the lowly.” —Luke 1:51-52

  8. She said, “There is one small favor I would ask of you. Do not refuse me.” The king said to her, “Ask it, my mother, for I will not refuse you.” —1 Kings 2:20

  9. His mother said to the servers, “Do whatever he tells you.” —John 2:5

  10. Then he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother.” —John 19:27
