This image is from the mosaic in the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, and is a copy of the painting of Our Lady of China by Beijing-born artist John Lu Hung-Nien, a convert to Catholicism. The first Cardinal of China, Thomas Cardinal Tien, used the image to promote a flourishing devotion to the Blessed Mother and prayers for the persecuted Church in China. Our image comes as a fine art print in an attractive gold solid wood frame. Handcrafted in Steubenville, Ohio, this unique work of art is sure to be treasured for generations to come.

    I just received (in record speed) my framed art of Our Lady of China, a lithograph of the mosaic that I loved in the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Washington DC. The frame alone is worth the price. The colors are vibrant! I searched all over to find this and I am very pleased.
