    The quality of the hat is very good. I was most impressed with the outstanding service from this company. I received a phone call after submitting my order letting me know that the hat I had ordered was out of stock. Because I had requested the order if possible by March 10th, the customer representative asked if I would like to substitute the other hat that was very similar. I agreed to that - and received the order the NEXT day!! I call that "superior" customer service - and that is very hard to find these days! Thank you - I will be a returning customer and recommend your company to others.
