Penticost Tie rose color rather than red
This "red" Penticost patern tie was ordered on Monday 29 May 2017, thinking it would be received before Pentecost Sunday 4 June. The next day I received an e mail that it was awaiting shipment. I replied "What does awaiting shipment mean? I ordered this tie for this Penticost Sunday. What good is it if I receive it on Monday???? WEAR IT NEXT YEAR? If it was out of stock you should have stated so on line. VERY disapointed with you're service". Reasonse: "Awaiting Shipment" means that your order has been entered into the system and has been sent to production. We make almost everything we sell so orders are made as they come in. When your order ships, you will receive another email saying your status has been changed to "Shipped" and a tracking number will be included. You chose First Class mail as your shipping method and according to the Post Office's website, that method will take one to five business days to ship once it leaves our facility". It was not stated that ties were made when ordered on the website and may take longer to receive them. The tie was shipped on Friday, 2 June 2017. I received the tie on Monday, 5 June 2017. It took 4 days to leave your facility and only 3 days (over week end) to be received from the USPS. The tie is not red in color but rose color and the Spirit insignia is indistinguishable and muted, appearing similar to gray dots.
