The artwork featured on this shirt is full of symbolism, including:
The stars on the tops of the columns represent the stars on the Tilma of Our Lady of Guadalupe, with a total of 7 on the left column and 8 on the right column. The number 7 represents Charity, Perfect, and the 7 Sacraments, while the number 8 represents Joy, the Resurrection, and the 8 Beatitudes. The 3 diamonds on St. Michaels wrist armor represent the Holy Trinity. The 12 rivets on the shield represent the 12 Apostles, as well as the 12 tribes of Israel. The number of bars on the gates of Heaven is 20, representing the 20 mysteries of the Rosary.
A portion of the proceeds from this product line will go to the Catholic Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the education and spiritual needs of the Catholic community.
Our shirts are designed and printed by local workers in our shop in Steubenville, OH. They are 50% cotton and 50% polyester to make a durable and long lasting shirt for wear at home, school, and outdoors.
